Undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students with proof of enrollment and Associates with proof of annual membership up to date.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Requests for registration refunds must be made via email to sbqt2025@sbqt.net.br, following these criteria:

Cancellation requests due to withdrawal of registration:

- If the withdrawal is made within 7 (seven) days after payment: 100% refund until 31/08;

- After 7 days: until 30/06, a 75% refund will be made of the amount paid, and until 31/08, up to 50%;

- The amount will be refunded within 15 (fifteen) business days.

Cancellations after this date or non-attendance at the event will not be refunded.
