Cancellation and Refund Policy

• In the event of cancellation with formal written notice and justification, refunds of paid registration fees will be processed within 45 days after the conclusion of the event.
• Refunds will be processed according to the following criteria:
   

• No justification provided – submission of the registration fee refund request form together with a copy of the payment receipt;
• Medical reasons – submission of the registration fee refund request form together with a copy of the medical certificate and a copy of the payment receipt;
• Duplicate payment – submission of the registration fee refund request form together with copies of the payment receipts;
• Purchase withdrawal within 7 days after payment – submission of the registration fee refund request form together with a copy of the payment receipt.

Important Information:

*Only one registration per individual taxpayer number (CPF) is permitted. Registrations are personal and non-transferable.
*In the event of a refund, your registration profile will remain active in the system; therefore, a new registration cannot be submitted.
*Participants who complete payment of their registration and subsequently receive industry sponsorship or any type of complimentary registration will be subject to the “No Justification Provided” refund policy; therefore, only 50% of the amount already paid may be refunded.
*Registrations submitted under an incorrect category or without the required documentation will not be eligible for refund.
